Amy and Ray were great to help me get my 2023 Gladiator back on the road. The issue was the automatic running boards. Although they were out of commission for approximately 3 months, and I couldn't really back on the road. The issue was the automatic running boards. Although they were out of commission for approximately 3 months, and I couldn't really drive it because I needed the running boards to get into the vehicle because I had both knee replacements. Brian, from Red Hill who originally installed them didn't seem to care. I had to do his job in contacting the vendor. More

My rating has no bearing on Lexi, but on your entire process. Vehicle had a 9am appointment for PMs and oil change. Should've taken about 45 min tops.
