Car in worse shape coming out than going in! I had a horrible experience! I have NEVER been so disappointed in a dealer's service as I was with this latest visit. There were three areas of damage I had a horrible experience! I have NEVER been so disappointed in a dealer's service as I was with this latest visit. There were three areas of damage to my car when it was brought out but only the broken driver seat control was repaired but I had to point it out to Karo but anyone who drove the car before I picked it up could have seen the damage since it was just hanging off. My dash lights were fine when I brought the car in but not when I picked it up My radio buttons were all lighting when I brought the car in but again, not when I picked up the car. I was told that just was the way it was and the dealer was not going to repair the dash lights or the radio lights. After having all my service done with Sands, to be told basically "too bad" is a disgrace. Now that affects my trade in value. This is my year to buy a new car but I can guarantee it will not be from a Sands dealer! More

Great experience! Great dealership, from Sales through Service Departments. My last 4 vehicles have been purchased from Sands and any service is done there. I brought 2 vehicles in on my last visit, for routine service and I always request Ken Ashby for my Service Tech. He knows his business and is always polite. I live within 1 mile of another Chevy dealership, but I prefer to go to Sands because of the trust that I have in Sands and Mr Ashby. More
dissapointment at evaluation of car I scheduled an oil service. Of course a $300 or so problem was found and repair suggested. I was thinking about another situation that was addressed thru the Sands Chevrolet and On Star System but that was not even mentioned or checked. Not sure what else this relatively new car needs. And of course it is not covered by the expensive maintenance plan we purchased nor was the previous $800 problem More

Best experience I've had with a dealer. He checked the battery in my Tahoe as I am almost to the end of my bumper to bumper warranty. I didn't even know that was covered and yes I needed a new one. Done. Front end alignment, used the coupon and saved me $40. Will definitely be returning for other service. Just wanted to mention the great cashier, Heather. She had everything together!! More
