Great Service & service rep Henry was very attentive and kept me apprised of the repair progress. Repairs were delayed but I was notified early and the delay was not inconvenien Henry was very attentive and kept me apprised of the repair progress. Courteous and Efficient I arrived at the dealership without an appointment after being told by the towing company that my battery was bad. The service department was really I arrived at the dealership without an appointment after being told by the towing company that my battery was bad. The service department was really busy, but I was met almost immediately by Robert who was courteous and efficient, and I had my car back, after a service, a new battery and a car wash, within a couple of hours. Also, I think the use of Uber drivers to pick up and drop off customers with an anticipated long wait, is a great idea. Who could ask for more?? More
