My service tech Bryan told me the month before when I went in for oil change ,to bring car back at another time ,at my convenience because it takes about 4+ hours to remove old tint and reapply new tint. When I called (9/9/17) and asked for appointment for Monday Sept,11,2017 ,they had appointments available ,and was even able to pick the time,I would arrive. Bryan also arranged for rude back home,tell I g me that they now use Uber ,because people get home faster and hardly any wait time. Within matter of 5 minutes ,I was texted that Uber driver ,with his plate number and other info was on his way there .Very pleasant driver and pleasurable ride home More

2.5 hours for an oil change? Had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Confirmed when making appointment this should only take an hour right?
