Oil Change Sands did a great job as always. Went in for an oil change without an appointment. It took a little over an hour (I was told it would by Henry), so n Sands did a great job as always. Went in for an oil change without an appointment. It took a little over an hour (I was told it would by Henry), so no complaints there. I had a coupon from their website which they honored, but I was told I had to print it in the future. Of the whole experience this would be my only complaint. I am not a fan of printing coupons. Providing the coupon code from my phone should be adequate. From my understanding, this is a Chevy policy, not Sands. Regardless of who it is that has made this policy, it just doesn't make much sense in today's day and age. More
