Disappointed I came to you to have my vehicle serviced, oil change, brake flush and transmission flush. I always check to make sure my vehicle was serviced correct I came to you to have my vehicle serviced, oil change, brake flush and transmission flush. I always check to make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly before leaving the service center! Upon my personal inspection the engine oil was over filled and the break fluid was never flush, but instead added brake fluid to make it look like it was done. Then charged me for It. The service department did a very poor job and lost my trust. I have 3 Chevy Vehicals I take to you guys and I will no longer be useing you to service my vehicals. I did bring this up to the service department and this was corrected. They respected me and fixed the issues. Needless to say but I’m still disappointed because it’s not my job to check to make sure my vehicals are serviced correctly that’s why I take it to You. I wounded how many people have been screwed by your service department and don’t even know it! More

Alignment I took my 2014 Cruze in because the alignment extremely off. They fixed the alignment the same day. We took my car home and noticed it was still having issues. I was initially upset the issue wasn't 100% solved in the first place. That is the reason for 4 stars. We took my car back in today and explained the issue was not resolved. It was explained to us that the issue I had with the steering alignment (not the official verbiage) was not common. They fixed the issue free of charge the second time. I appreciate the hard work of this service team and their great customer service. I will certainly return to this location for future service needs. More

Routine maintenance/emergency I returned to AZ for the winter and discovered my Corvette had a low battery even though I used the prescribed battery tender. The vehicle needed to be transported to Sands Chevrolet for diagnostics and a routine service that I put off last May. My service rep(Jean), as usual took great care of me and kept me apprised of the status until work completed and car was 100%.
