Basic services take too long I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment but yet it took just over two hours to complete. I suspect an appointment does not I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment but yet it took just over two hours to complete. I suspect an appointment does not mean your car will be worked on at that time. My customer service guy Robert was great and kept me informed. The quality of the work is great. I just believe services like oil change and tire rotations could be completed in a short amount of time. More

Kept me up to date My Service Advisor, Ken Ashby was very helpful. My issue was complex and expensive. Ken called me regularly to keep me informed.
