Annual service Service work was done in a good time, but the steering wheel was not centered properly as requested. When driving the next day, my son confirmed that it was the same as before the centering was supposed to have done. More

Sat for 3 hrs to get diagnostics Karol was the service rep. Stopped by several times to tell he should have it soon. In the meantime he kept trying to pressure me into repairing cos Karol was the service rep. Stopped by several times to tell he should have it soon. In the meantime he kept trying to pressure me into repairing costly items that I was aware of but explained to him twice that I just moved here from Michigan and could not do it right now. It wasn't until I had to raise my voice and tell him stop trying to press me. He said he wasn't trying to but letting me know. I told him that I had already answered him Twice! I came here because it was recommended by a friend who also has a Corvette but apparently he hasn't had to have anything but a oil change and tires and hasn't been exposed to this type of forced to. Is your service center staff on commission? The next day I noticed a nice gouge in my passenger side rocker panel just in front of the rear wheel. I know where every mark is on my car. I noticed this from 20 feet away! Someone called me in guise of a survey but ended up about your trade program. He told me to call Karo to have him look at it. I live 22 miles away in heaven traffic and I'm supposed to come down only to be told there is nothing he can do? All I had done is replace front directional signals. More
