Happy with both staff and service Dropped off my Chevrolet Malibu for the recalls. The staff was very professional and friendly. On top of the recall the oil change was included. Service department at Sands Chevrolet We went to Sands for our regular Lube, Oil and Filter and Rotate tires. Ken took care of everything and kept us up to date on the service. I had a little problem when I left my purse in the Uber car and went into a panic.... Ken, Heather and Michael all assured me they would take care of it and made me feel like they were really working for me.. As it turned out , I got my purse back in tact and I couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for me.
