The reason for the poor review is because after our cars got detailed we got items missing, 3 baseball caps, 1 subwoofer and they empty my glove department with personal information and now they are gone...! I hope they find out items or I will never go back to the dealership ever again! It’s very upsetting, cause we thought we could trust the dealership where we purchased our vehicles. More
overall, disappointed First, the service wasn't completed when we were supposed to pick up our car after purchasing it. It was "done" the next day which was a Wednesday. Because the dealership is all the way across town, we were not able to rearrange our schedules to come get it until Saturday. 3 extra days to make sure it was ready for us. Come Saturday, we pick up and the windshield still wasn't fixed. Sales told us not to worry, they would write an IOU and the glass people would call to schedule and come right to us... This didn't happen, so we called. We were told we must bring the vehicle to them because they needed the IOU paper that sales had given us. Why isn't it in the system??? So, reluctantly, we bring it out to have the windshield fixed. We pick it up from being "fixed" and there are still 4 large chips that are spidering out. This is unacceptable. We called to have it fixed, we will see if we have to waste our gas to drive all the way across town again due to the poor quality from the first try at fixing the windshield. This has, by far, been the worst service I have ever had with purchasing and fixing a car. Sales and service need to communicate with each other!!!! More
