Charged for services not provided I took my vehicle in for an service which included an oil change and 13 point inspection which included topping of fluids. My vehicle didn't have windshield washer going in and leaving. I took the vehicle back and they said they did it but, sure enough it wasn't topped. What's to guarentee they changed the oil? More

Attention to detail I made the appointment for an oil change and 2 recalls a week out. When I brought it in one recall was not completed because the parts were not availa I made the appointment for an oil change and 2 recalls a week out. Knowing that I was bringing in the car for the recalls a week ahead of time, should not the parts already have been available.
