Too long Called ahead of time to see if they had availability for an oil change to reduce wait time with 2 small children. The gentleman was very friendly and told me i could come right in since all i needed was an oil change. Get there and all set up just to find out its at least an hour and a half wait. Now with a 3 year old and 1 year old that seems like forever. More

Great service response My "new" Silverado lost it's air conditioning at 5,000 miles. I requested servicing at Sands Chevrolet. They told me to bring the vehicle in immedia My "new" Silverado lost it's air conditioning at 5,000 miles. I requested servicing at Sands Chevrolet. They told me to bring the vehicle in immediately. I did. They arranged transportation back to my house and had me picked up when the vehicle was repaired.. At less time than I had anticipated. Great service and courteous people.
