Excellent And Fast Customer Care This was a great experience! I need a ride back to work and they had an Uber their within minutes to get me back to work. They even had an Uber pick m This was a great experience! I need a ride back to work and they had an Uber their within minutes to get me back to work. They even had an Uber pick me up at work to bring me back to the dealership and gave me a loaner vehicle because they needed my car overnight. Waited 3 hrs for oil change There for my oil change appointment at 9 didnt leave until 1230. Was sitting in the waiting room the entire time 3 hrs later I finally went to check i There for my oil change appointment at 9 didnt leave until 1230. Was sitting in the waiting room the entire time 3 hrs later I finally went to check in on my truck and had been finished since 1030. I was told that I couldn’t be found which seemed a bit ridiculous due to the fact I was sitting right in front of the tv and I did tell them I was waiting there for my truck. I wasn’t called on my phone or over the speaker. Pretty disappointed More
