Never Go Here! I bought my car from this location and they never fulfilled the agreements their salesman made. Now after years of not going there we get a card in th I bought my car from this location and they never fulfilled the agreements their salesman made. Now after years of not going there we get a card in the mail for $50 off any service. My son goes there to get his oil changed and have them look over the car. They do and when there is no issues found in their 15point inspection they try to not let him apply the $50 off towards the oil change. Again going back on their word. They said he had to present the coupon before they printed off the ticket. Why?? Would this somehow change the price of the services? Is the coupon not theirs? They said they would have to reprint the ticket and gave my son all sorts of grief about it. Disgraceful! My son is 19, in college, and not working. Interesting how they talked to him about how they could finance him on a corvette that he looked at while waiting but tried to screw him on a $50 coupon. You've been warned... DONT GO HERE! More

About what I have come to expect I have had nothing but problems since I switched from Midway where I purchased my truck to Sands minutes from my house. This year my truck door was s I have had nothing but problems since I switched from Midway where I purchased my truck to Sands minutes from my house. This year my truck door was scratched, and Sands repaired....but was the an inconvenience I am just like everyone else no time since I work in East Valley. I was going to use a different service center near work but I had no time. Tried Sands again and seemed ok other than the waiting 15 mins just to get my truck for pick up and my tires were rotated but sensors not reset. So now my rear tire pressure readings are really the front tire readings. The location is so convienent but the headaches I go thru with service department only seems to happen at Sands. More
My Expierence Had my Vehicle detailed at this location. Getting in and being taken care of was a breeze, Service person Jake was excellent. Was impressed that they Had my Vehicle detailed at this location. Getting in and being taken care of was a breeze, Service person Jake was excellent. Was impressed that they Ubered me home. When it was time to pickup my vehicle they again sent a Uber to pick me up. When I got to Sands and asked for Jake no one knew where he was and I never did see him. My vehicle was on the drive so I paid the cashier and got into my vehicle and was on my way. They did a great job on the truck but a horrible job on my bed cover. The coupon said complete detail outside/inside of vehicle and since the cover is attached to the bed I thought it would be covered but they made an attempt to wipe it down but missed 40% of the cover. It would of been 5 stars if they would of made a better attempt but there was dirt and dust all around the edge of the retractable cover, made it look awful, but the truck looked great. More
Bad customer service As soon as i walked in nobody greeted me or asked if I have been help, Robert was suppose to be helping me out but when I asked for him he said he did As soon as i walked in nobody greeted me or asked if I have been help, Robert was suppose to be helping me out but when I asked for him he said he didn't know anything about me some how i ended up with Henry he didn't take his time explaining anything that was wrong with my truck and I noticed that every other customer was treated way better and they took there time with them I'm not sure if it's just because the was I was dressed. Henry just told "Yours keys are at the front desk with your paper work Im kind of busy right now". The lady at the front desk had to call him multiple times to come attend his customer. I asked a quote for a transmission from Both Robert and Henry and they gave me different prices. Robert said the price was 159.99 minus the 30 dollar coupon he said he could print out for me and Henry said the price was 180 minus the 30 dollars I asked Henry about what Robert said and he tried to change it up They were just playing me trying to make me pay more More

I came in for an oil change and he checked to see what other service might be necessary at my current milage. I will return for the recommended service after the first of the year. I waited in the customer waiting area and as soon as the service was completed Ken came in to let me know my vehicle was done and got me on my way quickly. Thanks again to Ken! More

3rd service trip same problem. The tire pressure warning light, came on the day after I bought the truck. Tom's team was able too work around my schedule, so I could get my truck in The tire pressure warning light, came on the day after I bought the truck. Tom's team was able too work around my schedule, so I could get my truck in for service. However, clearly the issue remains. Hopefully, this time the problem gets fixed. I want to go "play " with my new truck, instead of spending my days off at the dealership. More
