But open the other hand my wife comes in with a 2017 sonic and she informs you her vehicle isn’t working properly and she wants it fixed and is willing to leave it there until the problem is fixed and you tell her there are no loaners and that she is having an issue that your mechanics can’t reproduce. So instead of fixing the issue you tell her to go away and come back when it makes the noise. Is that customer service to you? Her car isn’t even a year old and it is making grinding noises. And you won’t help. Ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with General operations with General Motors. More
