I don't want to give them any rating at all! Worst service department I've ever been to! I have taken my van back to them 4 times to fix the problem, paid over $1300 and they tell me they test drove i service department I've ever been to! I have taken my van back to them 4 times to fix the problem, paid over $1300 and they tell me they test drove it, and assured me the problem was fixed. Not even 5 miles away from the dealership and low and behold IT'S NOT FIXED!!!!!! The service manager Matt is RUDE and CONDESCENDING! Argued with me that there's nothing wrong with my vehicle and I'm wrong.. UMMM I think I would know how my van for the past 2 years acts and when it's not working normally. They keep guessing on what needs to be fixed.. "it could be this" they've replaced so much stuff I don't even know where to begin and all of it for no reason!!! All I wanted was for my vehicle to fixed.. why is that so hard for a "Master Technician"?? HORRIBLE PLACE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! More

I will NEVER bring my car back to this dealership. I brought my vehicle in at 5:00 on a Wednesday night because the cruise control went out and a light came on. I understood that they would not be able brought my vehicle in at 5:00 on a Wednesday night because the cruise control went out and a light came on. I understood that they would not be able to get the vehicle repaired one hour until close. I was hoping to get an idea of how long it would take so I could set that up. They had no one that could look at the vehicle. Why have hours of operation if you are not operating during those hours? Well I ended up leaving the vehicle with Jody. He was very nice and assured me they would call in the morning to give me an idea of what the problem was and how long until it would be fixed. I got a call back at 2:30 in the afternoon the next day! I would have NEVER left the vehicle if I knew it would take an entire day to get a call. I was upset with that, but Jody was very nice and got the vehicle fixed so I didn't worry to much. When I went to pick up the car he noticed the door handle was chipping and suggested I get that in before my warranty expired. He ordered the part and I made an appointment for the next week. He even called me that week to let me know the part was here and ready. Well Saturday morning I brought my vehicle in at my appointed time. He had told me to make a list of anything that needed fixed and we could get that done. Nothing major, just small items. Well the service department did warn me that it would be about 1- 1 1/2 hours to get it done. I said not a problem and I waited at the dealership. 2 1/2 hours later the gentleman came over and said he had bad news. The part was incorrect and they have done NONE of the work. I sat at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours only to be told they did absolutely nothing for my vehicle! I was furious! Not only did they quote me and over an hour off on the expected time but then they did nothing. The guy told me he was very sorry and would give me a card for a free oil change! What!?! A 9 dollar oil change. I laughed. I have never been so angry with a car dealership. They have NO customer service skills. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone I know. I am not going to waste my time with a dealership that doesn't value your time. I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my Saturday at Sands Chevrolet why they did NOTHING for my vehicle after I had an appointment and had confirmed the parts had come in. More

Absolutely hate this place. Every year or so I get tricked to come in by them mailing me coupons for an oil change or a brake job, and once you get there with a coupon that says "Synthetic oil change tricked to come in by them mailing me coupons for an oil change or a brake job, and once you get there with a coupon that says "Synthetic oil change 39.95" they tell you it's synthetic blend. I called them and asked the receptionist to speak to a general manager, who then proceeded to transfer me to a service scheduler person, and once I explained to him that I wanted to speak to a general manager, he then said he would transfer me to his secretary.. and then transferred me back to the same receptionist who initially picked up the phone...... and then I got transferred to the general manager's voice mail.. The manager called me back the next day regarding the coupon issue and explained that fitting an additional word such as "Synthetic-blend" would be impossible because there is not enough room for 5 more characters. Came in for a coupon special oil change and car wash. Third visit and was completely satisfied with the service and the speed it took to complete the job. I took my 2007 Yukon in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had never been to the Sands dealership before and finding their internet special prices decided to go. I was impressed by the facility rotation. I had never been to the Sands dealership before and finding their internet special prices decided to go. I was impressed by the facility when I drove up. I was greeted promply on the service drive and asked what I needed. I was not pressured to include additional services. My wait time was one hour which included my services plus a car wash. The waiting area was very plesant and the display of ventage chevys was intersting. I'll go there again. More
Bought our 2011 Chev Equinox at Sands Chev in Surprise AZ and have been treated with nothing but greatness from everyone there.
