I have two things to say about Sands Chevrolet. I want to preface this with saying that our buying experience was GREAT. Rich was awesome and went out of his way to get me into my Camaro quickly. (We went to pick it up the day the ignition recall happened due to the key fob) We will probably buy from Sands because of Rich. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY ACROSS FOR RICH Now, for why we rated this so low. I had my first "PITSTOP" last month. It was HORRIBLE!! We sat in our car for almost 20 minutes before we were helped. (We were also given the wrong time according to the schedule) When we finally were helped they had NO CLUE why we were there. HELLO,,, You called me to scheduled this appointment... After waiting for almost two hours, my husband went to check how much longer it would be. He was told the car had been ready for a while, but they didn't know who the car belonged to. I HAVE A VERY YELLOW CAMARO,, not that hard to find out who we were. They did not put the correct amount of oil, (my husband is so leery about the oil change he is re-doing it,,, needed or not) they did not reset anything in the computer so my car in now telling me I need to have it serviced. We were told that the car would be filled up,, when that was not done ,, I insisted,,( we live out of state and drove 350 miles for this "free service')The wash job was so bad,, I had to re-wash it. The vacuuming job was just as bad.. nominal job was done on the detailing of the interior.. My husband will do our "PIT STOPS" from not on. My 17 year old son was quoted a very high price for a new starter for a 2001 Chevy S10 Truck 4cyl., the starter cost was less then $100 for a real Del My 17 year old son was quoted a very high price for a new starter for a 2001 Chevy S10 Truck 4cyl., the starter cost was less then $100 for a real Delco lifetime warranty starter from Chevy, an hour or less for repair, our total cost was about $170.00. The dealership estimate was going to cost more then 3 times that amount to repair the truck. I understand having to make a profit but price gouging is ridiculous. -overcharge- Not Fair Pricing at all....you decide if you think their pricing is fair! More

It was a "Great Choice". My service advisor is Matt Morzella, who is very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk with. The waiting room and show room is always very clean and comfortable to relax in while my Malibu is being serviced. Would I recommend Sands Chevrolet? YES!!!!!!! Keep Up the Great Work, Harry D More
Cyrus Moore goes above and beyond each time I come in for service!! It doesn't matter if I bring my new car in for service or the older one with an oil change coupon. We recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse, which needed a couple of warranty items fixed. After scheduling an appointment with Matt Morzella, we dropped our Traverse off at Sands Chevrolet in Surpr needed a couple of warranty items fixed. After scheduling an appointment with Matt Morzella, we dropped our Traverse off at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise to have the work completed. Our experience with Matt was fantastic. I work for a company that puts customer service as the number one priority, and the Sands Chevrolet service department was every bit as good as my company with the customer service they provided. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and treated us very well. We decided to have some additional work done and have since been back on 2 other occasions to complete that work as well. On one of those occasions, Matt was off that day and we worked with his back-up, Victor Morales. Victor was also top notch in his customer service, as well as the gentleman in the parts department, which I'm sorry that I did not get his name at the time. We would highly recommend using Sands Chevrolet in Surprise to anyone who is looking for a dealership for service on their vehicle. We also purchased a used 2007 Silverado from Sands a few years ago, and were treated very good by the sales team as well. We are over 40 miles from this dealership, and could use 2 other Chevrolet dealerships a lot closer, but will continue to use Sands for our repair and maintenance requirements. A big 'thank you' to Matt, Victor, and all of the other employees in the service department for a 'job well done'. More
We have been having our oil changed for a number of years. We have always been more than satisfied with the service, the prices and the lack of waiting time. Up until last Thursday. We came in for the $8.88 oil change and were quoted $24.XX. The reason given was the type of oil used on our vehicle. OK, but why were the previous oil changes given at the $8.88 rate? You have lost just one customer, but it also means you have lost a potential sale. My first car was a '55 Chevy convertible and in the last ten years I have restored and driven two '57 Chevy hardtops, so I love your classic Chevrolet displays. We also go into the used car area every time we visit. More
