Horrible customer service We had an appointment for just an oil change and when dropping car off was told they were busy on that day and that they would call us when done. We never got a call so at 5:15 we called to find out if it was done only to find out their website was wrong in saying they closed at 7 and they were already closed. The service dept closed and never called us to tell us they were done. More

As I pulled up to the service department I was greeted by my service advisor, who confirmed the type of service I requested and gave me an anticipated time of completion. He then escorted me inside and familiarized me with the facility. At my request, he introduced me to a couple of sales reps who provided me with a pretty detailed introduction to the Chevy Colorado. I couldn't have been more impressed with the overall friendly, professional and courteous service I received from this dealership. From my very first visit they have earned my trust and confidence and provided me with the WOW Factor that I look for when it comes to investing my money involving major purchases. More

I like the idea that they have a prog To the best of my knowledge, Sands Chevrolet has completed the labor and parts request satisfactorily on 1-9-16. I like the idea that they have a program in place for me to keep the longevity of the used vehicle I purchased through them in very good condition for the next 5 to 10 years even with 134,000 miles on the 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid and knowing that the covered parts have at least a 30 day warranty on them when replaced helps me keep on step with this vehicle. It has too many sensors on it to be trusted by local shops or backyard mechanics to take care of it at the same or a lower cost. As long as the dealership keeps my program in place at a reasonable cost so I can save for another in very good condition used vehicle some day again in 5 to 10 years and I will not be stranded as an elderly single woman in the extreme weather conditions the desert that we live in provides I will remain a very satisfied customer. Thank you Sands Chevrolet for helping me in person or by telephone to a) learn the basic differences of learning how to efficiently drive this newer vehicle and b) when bringing the vehicle in for service. Little things OK. Had the oil change and the $50 detail, wash wax and engine clean. Prior to picking up my vehicle I was called and was told the right rear tire w OK. Had the oil change and the $50 detail, wash wax and engine clean. Prior to picking up my vehicle I was called and was told the right rear tire was flat. When I arrived and paid the bill, I was told that I needed tires, they were weather checked and was quoted a price of $700 for the new tires. Yes, I understand that was a reasonable observation by the service department and prior to my departure I was directed to the air pump where the tire was again inflated. Had lost 30 pounds in 40 minutes. After leaving I proceeded to OK tire across the street where THEY found a nail or screw in the same tire and THEY fixed it for free. THE also quoted me a price of $500 for 4 new 50,000 mile tires . Guess who is going to get my tire business? More
