Awesome service Went in for a routine oil change. Decided to get the tires rotated as well. Service writer honored a coupon for this that I did not have in my posse Went in for a routine oil change. They also do price matching so when it was recommended that I also need a 4-wheel alignment they price matched from another shop so I didn't have to take it elsewhere. That was awesome. Service I scheduled the appointment on-line and was set for 8am, when I arrived ,they said I was not on the list. They did squeeze me in, later tried to sell I scheduled the appointment on-line and was set for 8am, when I arrived ,they said I was not on the list. They did squeeze me in, later tried to sell me a balance and alignment for a high price and showed me on a piece of paper how bad my alignment was off, illustrations made it look like my wheels were bent out of shape. Didn't like the sales people trying to sell me a new car when I recently bought a 2015. More

Bad Service Brian Abbott told us it would take 1-1 1/2 hours to get our oil changed, rotate tires and wash. After 2+ hours we could not find him or our vehicle. Brian Abbott told us it would take 1-1 1/2 hours to get our oil changed, rotate tires and wash. After 2+ hours we could not find him or our vehicle. Were never notified of what was going on. Other than the invoice, we have no way of knowing if oil was changed or tires rotated. They also had to use a pretty dirty cloth to wash the windows. We won't bring it back there again. More
