I went online and selected what I needed done and he did exactly what I wanted. He explained things that needed to be done in the future on my car and I appreciate that. While he and I were standing to pay at the cashier discussing my vehicle. Anotther employee came over to talk to him, and he handled the question quickly and came right back to my concerns of my car. Unhappy with the service there. Something that only was supposed to take two and a half to three hours ended up taking 6 hours we ended up having to rent a rental car we were not inf Something that only was supposed to take two and a half to three hours ended up taking 6 hours we ended up having to rent a rental car we were not informed that it was going to take to two-and-a-half to 3 hours to perform the service that was owed to us from the dealership and the pit stop check that was supposed to be done on the car was not performed either. In the future you guys should Warren the customer exactly how long service is going to take for allowing them to schedule the appointment More

I get that they are in business to make a profit but at least have a friendly and informative approach about it. Nearly every time I have been here I have had some sort of conflict with the service department and I have seen many times when others were also upset in the service department. I have had to deal with multiple warranty issues on my truck and every time they want to try and put the blame of the defective part onto my lift kit. Oil pan was leaking, it’s the lift kits fault and they wanted to charge me almost $1000 to fix it! lift has nothing to do with the oil pan. Ultimately they ended up covering it after a lot of back and forth. Then my tire pressure monitor in the dash wasn’t registering after they did a tire rotation and a GM recall that required reflashing the trucks computer (yet the TPS was working when I brought it in) and they of course blame it on the wheels on the truck...yeah those same wheels have been on the truck for 20+ thousand miles and numerous tire rotations without an issue. Had a bad battery that needed to be replaced...that went somewhat smooth but I noticed a couple days after the repair that there was an oddly placed dent in my fender (while very minor and not real noticeable) that happens to be the same side of the battery and dent was about the same length as the battery they just installed...appears the battery was bumped against my fender while installing, they claim that they couldn’t have done that dent. Yeah ok. These are just a couple of the many service issues I have encountered here. Unfortunately this is the closest Chevy dealer to me by about 30 mins or I wouldn’t have taken a second visit to this place...I will from now on be taking the further drive to another Chevy dealer for my service appointments. More
