Sands Chevrolet - Surprise - Service Center

Sands is a great place. I brought our SUV in for service. I was helped immediately. Everyone is very friendly, I was show to the waiting area. As soon as they were done with the service and wash, Matthew came and got me. The young lady at the cashiers desk, was very sweet and friendly. She had the paper work ready, I signed it and my SUV was brought to me. I don't mind taking the SUV in for service, I am never pressured into service I don't need. More

Not Trustworthy Went for an oil change. Requested that they lube the chassis - there are 2 zerk fittings on the tie-rods. At first the service rep Victor claimed that Went for an oil change. At first the service rep Victor claimed that there were no fittings to be greased but said he would discuss it with the tech. When the service was complete I specifically asked Victor if the fittings were greased and he replied absolutely YES. When I got home I checked - and the fittings had not been touched - the dirt on the fitting was still exactly as prior to the service visit. So the question is - what else did they skip doing? More

fast, excellent service. They even wash our truck! We just moved here, when our new truck started smoking. They really helped us. They made the repairs and even did 2 recalls on our truck. Did not fix what was suppose to b fixed. You were suppose to fix something in the back of my truck that was making noise. Well $1100.00 later still making noise..
