Dependable, courteous. I own a Buick Enclave, in fact this is our second one and even though I have bought at a Buick dealer have taken it to Sands because it's closer to wh I own a Buick Enclave, in fact this is our second one and even though I have bought at a Buick dealer have taken it to Sands because it's closer to where I live. Have also had the same service rep(Jake) and he has always taken excellent care of us. Oh, they have great donuts in the waiting room. Bottom line....GREAT SERVICE???? More
