Outstanding. Customer service is great. Matt M. was great to work with. that's why we deal with Sands. Misleading and not given full disclosure As far as the sales department, I have recieved nothing but excellent service. However, this time around in taking my vehicle for servicing, I feel I As far as the sales department, I have recieved nothing but excellent service. However, this time around in taking my vehicle for servicing, I feel I was taken advantage of. I was never told what fees would be be associated with the service, I was just recommended on what should be done to the car. Ken, the service associate we dealt with, made it seem that GM covered these services over the phone. Upon arrival, these services had been done already without being told how much they cost and that they would be done. We were not expecting these charges and were not happy the fees were never disclosed prior. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to Sands in Surprise. More
