Kept in contact with me the whole time and said they would have to finish it on Monday, which they did, was helpful to have the courtesy car take me home and pick me up as I had no one to do that for me. Can't go wrong when you have the right person helping you. What I mean is that I have Jake Friedberg as my service representative and he always listen to what I have to say and then always keeps me updated on What I mean is that I have Jake Friedberg as my service representative and he always listen to what I have to say and then always keeps me updated on the things that I should be taking care of. A few times I have brought my truck in unexpectedly for what I thought was a big problem and Jake has always calmed me down and he would walk me through some steps to fix my problems or let me know that everything is ok.
