Completed on time and correctly Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. Poor Service I bought a new Equinox and received 2 free oil changes. I go in for my oil change and the service Rep wants me to rotate my tires. Mind you they onl I bought a new Equinox and received 2 free oil changes. I go in for my oil change and the service Rep wants me to rotate my tires. Mind you they only have 6000 miles on them. I said not this time because it would cost 120.00 dollars and that was with a discount then on the invoices the mechanic wrote that he checked all fluids and rotated tires. when my husband lifted the hood there was dust on the engine and no finger prints on the radiator to show that the water had been checked etc Just to add I had an appointment More
