Where is the great service from few years ago?? New 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 4X4 first oil change after 3016 miles. According to oil change sticker placed by service tech., next service due date 6 New 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 4X4 first oil change after 3016 miles. According to oil change sticker placed by service tech., next service due date 6/28/2016 or 6016 miles. Looks like new oil is not synthetic recommended by factory. No descriptions and any info about what oil was used to perform my truck maintenance. After one and half hour service advisor let me know - service is completed sign same documents and you ready to go. I was looking for my truck all over, finally find my truck in different parking lot. Where is the great service from few years ago??? More

Good service advisor but VERY deceptive on price Got call saying truck was due for service so I scheduled an appointment. In the meantime I received an $8.88 oil change coupon in the mail. When I went to pay it was $18.20, while $18.20 isn't bad for an oil change DON'T send out a coupon for the price of $8.88!!!
