FAST AND FANTASTIC SERVICE! Jean was able to get me in when I needed. I arrived on time and they took my vehicle in immediately for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. I advised my service rep. that I only had 90 minutes to spare. She promised my vehicle would be ready in that time. Too my surprise all services were done in 45 minutes. They were fast, professional and courteous. Jean even went the extra mile and printed a coupon off for me ahead of time in case I forgot mine. Loved the service I received. More

Service attendant was very slow in coming out my vehicle. When I purchase a car the number one place is how your treated at the service department. In the past we purchased a car at a dealership that had excellent customer service in fact we were treated like VIP. We love Victor Morales. We feel like VIPs. Before him we didn't feel that way. So hopefully, maybe he could train people to be that way. Promote him, because you never want to lose him. Improvements need to be made in all departments, even down to the cashiers. Sales people should not approach people who are waiting for their cars to be serviced, that's annoying. The warranty people are constantly calling my phone, that should never happen send a letter and if you don't get a response THAT MEANS THEIR NOT INTERESTED! All the 5star rating I gave went to Victor. Next time I purchase a car the service department is the most important. More

Routine service on my corvette I was called by the dealerships service dept. reminding me my corvette was due for an oil change. I made an appointment, upon arrival was greeted imm I was called by the dealerships service dept. reminding me my corvette was due for an oil change. I made an appointment, upon arrival was greeted immediately & proceeded to the waiting area to wait for my car to be completed. I was informed I was also due for a pressurized fuel injection service., was informed what the cost was, approved the work & when completed it was actually a couple dollars lower than the estimate. From the beginning of the process to the end the staff was professional, courteous, kept me informed as to what needed to be done, the cost, & time involved to complete. Really can't ask for anything more. More
