When there was a small glitch with getting the tires put on my car, my Service Advisor Henry Smith made sure I was taken care of with a loaner vehicle for the weekend. Sands strikes again Not to long ago I brought my truck in to get the oil changed and a few other items that need attending to. Then shortly after my check engine light c Not to long ago I brought my truck in to get the oil changed and a few other items that need attending to. Then shortly after my check engine light came on an d of course that worried me. I immediately had OnStar do a vehicle diagnostic check and they said nothing to worry about but the problem is in the emissions system. So they recommended that I replace the gas cap and that might take care of the problem, so I did. Still have the problem! I scheduled an appointment with Jake Friedberg and took my truck into him. Like always he took care of me and my truck. There was a valve that was stuck in the open position that created the light to come on. When they finished my truck, all was good. Thanks Jake and his team for doing me well. More

Great service I called about a recall issue on my car and my service adviser was Ken. I was able to get my car in within a couple of days and Ken called regularly I called about a recall issue on my car and my service adviser was Ken. I was able to get my car in within a couple of days and Ken called regularly to keep me updated on the progress. It turned out there were other recalls that they went ahead and fixed as well. I was very satisfied and the customer service was excellent. More
