Employee pushing away the business The issue is when I pulled up to the service center I had to wait about 12 minutes to get help when the gentleman decided to help me he made me seem l The issue is when I pulled up to the service center I had to wait about 12 minutes to get help when the gentleman decided to help me he made me seem like it was a burden to show up because I did not have an appointment. I've done this multiple times and I know it is not an issue to come in without an appointment! He told me for an oil change it would take two hours and was I sure I wanted to stay that long again almost like he was trying to drive my business away unacceptable! I've got multiple service items done at this location I currently have three Chevy vehicles but not quite sure if I'll be taking them back to this location! More

Misdiagnosed tranny and wanted me to pay for their mistake they missdiagnosed my leak and wanted me to pay for their mistake ...I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Covers drive train.. To my truck in they missdiagnosed my leak and wanted me to pay for their mistake ...I have a bumper to bumper extended warranty. Covers drive train.. To my truck in for a tranny leak and was quoted $1800 to replace a pump seal . I said I hope that was the problem because my warranty doesn't cover gaskets.. The assured me this was the leak. I get my truck back and guess what they didn't fix the leak.. It's exactly the same.. I take it back and they say the torque converter is leaking and that they will fix it for me they missed it .. I told them it's the same leak and that this is all covered by my warranty.. They charged my warranty also plus the original amount they charged me to fix a seal that wasn't leaking ... It was the torque converter from the get go..mind you this is covered by my warranty.. I got in contact with a manager and he and I got into a yelling match.. You should never talk to a customer like he did to me. Only after threatening to involve better business Bureau did they return my money.. More
