Very poor. I will no longer do business with Sands Chevrolet. They tried to sell me services that both my dealers in Minnesota told me were completely unnecessa I will no longer do business with Sands Chevrolet. They tried to sell me services that both my dealers in Minnesota told me were completely unnecessary. I'm completely fed up with the high pressure put on by the service department at Sands Chevrolet. There are plenty of places here in the Valley that want my business and won't be trying to sell me things I don't need. Evidently the dealers in Minnesota value their customers more than sands Chevrolet does. More

Brakes Squeaked Was back to Sands Chev for my squealing brakes. This time Henry Smith was my Service Advisor. Henry gets 5 stars. He was very professional, road with my to hear the problem and didn't tell me it was something I had to live with as the previous Advisor had. Henry had my car back to me when promised and the problem seemed to be fixed. Sadly, the brakes have begun to squeal again, so I will be calling Henry to make another appointment. So Henry 5 Stars, technician.....................1 Star. More

Beat the summer heat Over the course of two trips to the dealership my A/;C finally blows cold air. 1st trip ended in parts replaced with no apparent fixes the best we cou Over the course of two trips to the dealership my A/;C finally blows cold air. 1st trip ended in parts replaced with no apparent fixes the best we could get was 55 degrees duct temp at a stand still followed by 70 degrees at speed. The following week, I discussed with the service advisor that I anticipated I would need a new compressor and received a worst case scenario quote. I approved the quote, set up an appointment and all was set. I thought. Arrived Monday morning at 7am and with no issues left my vehicle at the dealer. To my surprise, I took a call from the advisor, 5 hours later, telling me that they did not have a compressor in stock. Disappointed, I had to leave the car over night. Didn't get my car back until after 4pm the next day. Car was washed and ready to go and works fine. Good quality service just not a perfect world this time. More

He agreed to do so, and could not replicate the sound. He then ordered a new speaker and installed it under warranty. Every time I go in there, if Ken is my advisor, he takes good care of my and gets the job done correctly. He also washes my car every time i'm in there. He is what a service advisor should be. More
