GM don't stand behind there product, or service they do GM does not stand behind there product, or the service received in there dealerships. Never will own another GM product. DEF res heating element went bad Warning lights came on, called service and explained what warning light were on. Told me it was covered by warranty, had parts and if I could come in Warning lights came on, called service and explained what warning light were on. I have used Sands since moving to Surprise in mid 2017, and has always been a pleasant experience with no surprises, exact time lines and dollars. I highly recommend their service dept. and will continue using them until they give me reason not to. More

Completed on time and correctly Had normal oil/filter ect. plus 4 wheel alignment. Was done 1/2 hr. before expected. recap on my pitstop if you’re wondering if a car dealership is going to really take care of you walking in to the dealership with high expectations. there’s one thin if you’re wondering if a car dealership is going to really take care of you walking in to the dealership with high expectations. there’s one thing you have to keep in mind if there’s something that concerns you or something you’re not happy with you have to give them the chance to meet your expectations you have to let them now if there something you’re not happy with or something that concerns you if it’s something with the vehicle or the people that work for the dealership so basically what I’m saying there was concerns on how my experience was I told Mike the service manager my concerns he told me to come back again to take care of the things I wasn’t happy about and that’s what makes a good dealership so I’m extremely happy with the end result of my experience with the Sands in Surprise I highly recommend this dealership my car salesman was Brian bowling Internet sales if you’re looking for a vehicle. if you’re going for a pitstop or you need something done to your car Mike service manager these two people are very highly recommended in my book More
