Took longer than expected, but Brought in my 2016 Colorado to have Tonneau cover installed. Was scheduled to take three hours. FOUR hours later, I was sent home via shuttle. A part was damaged and they would have a new one later in the day. The three hour job turned into an overnight deal. Apparently, the person working on my vehicle doesn't normally work on those things. He was a "Heavy Duty" tech. My only complaint is that they should have noticed the damaged part early on and taken action then. Just the one glitch..otherwise fine. My service tech was most accommodating and kind. Also, Bob--the shuttle driver was great! More

WE had a last minute family issue that forced us to change our schedule of servicing our Impala. I called Steve & Matt after hours and they responded to my situation within minutes,'They made provisions for a loaner vehicle so we could take care of our family issues & we were still able to get our Impala serviced. This is above and beyond in the realm of customer service. It is indeed a rare commodity in today's society. This separates Sands from other dealerships in the way they treat their customers. If it wasn't for the great service that Matt my service advisor provides, I wouldn't bring any business to this dealership. My last 3 experiences have been horrible!!! More

Free donuts....:-) I don't understand why GM allows air conditioning to operate when the RADIO information display calls out for the AC mode being off but still operates the clutch in recirculation mode and only when it's on the center vents. The amber light is off and display reads AC off. This is not true for other GM models not dated in 2014. I think GM needs to address this and correct it. I have a 2014 Silverado and we compared the AC controls to a Silverado 2016. They didn't operate the same. 2016 actually shuts off the AC where the 2014 doesn't. I was told GM made this change in 2015..Question is why? My AC will run in the winter when it's supposed to be off. Also there's no documentation in the owners manual regarding this. In fact is shows that the AC unit should be off. I would like a GM engineer that's familiar with this issue or has there hand in the programming of the plc to contact me.
