He made sure I was signed up for the shuttle service and later called to inform me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. He also advised me that while preforming the tire rotation the service tech had found a screw in one of my tires. Ken was very polite and professional and a pleasure to work with. More

I'm giving my experience at Sands Chevy service dept. a 5 star rating due to the hassle free, smooth, and probably most important in customer service I'm giving my experience at Sands Chevy service dept. a 5 star rating due to the hassle free, smooth, and probably most important in customer service these days, 'friendly & caring' process from start to finish. I brought my Tahoe in for a regular oil change service and 'estimate' on replacing my complete a/c system due to recent failure of the compressor. I was skeptical at first, this being a 'dealership' and all the negative experiences you hear about these days. Jean Jajou was the service rep that helped me and I have to say, this lady is one of the best service advisors I've ever worked with. She reminded me of the regularly scheduled maintenance that my vehicle was due for and the fact that living in Arizona makes it more critical to have it done on time etc. Making perfect sense, she gave me options to choose from. She said she'd also have the technicians check the a/c system and give an estimate on repairs or replacement if needed. Needing my car for at least a day, maybe longer, she provided a loaner car for the time and that process was equally as hassle free and smooth, thank you to 'Heather' helping with that! Jean called me later in the day to give me the diagnosis on the a/c system, and as expected, it needed to be replaced. She gave me a VERY competitive estimate as I had two other estimates from local repair shops. Sands was not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but they were hands down, the BEST 'value' for the money. The part they used were the best quality, best warrantied, and being a Chevy repair facility, I'm sure the technicians were the best choice to do the work. So, overall, I feel I received the 'best' value for the money I spent! More
Not happy with service Was told by my advisor the service would take about an hpur. I decided to wait. Made an appointment and almost 3 hours,later I get my vehicle. Ken is the man! Again, Sands Surprise service is the only reason to go to this dealer. If not for my steering wheel being off center after fixing a failed alignment competed by an alignment shop I would say this was a great experience. Now, if I actually were to mention to Ken, I'm more than positive that Ken would ensure it gets done. Thank you Ken for your efforts, you are the only reason Sands Surprsie is worth visiting. More
