Sands Chevrolet - Surprise - Service Center

Service at Sands in Surprise I arrived early and waited for service personnel. As soon as they opened I was greeted and explained my situation and even though I had no appointment I arrived early and waited for service personnel. While I waited I enjoyed the snacks available to all customers and took a quick nap. Not long after closing my eyes , I was awaken and escorted to my newly washed car and given a explanation of all things done. I am very ashamed that I cannot remember the service reps name for he took good care of me and listened to all I had to say. I certainly will find out his name and recommend all my friends to ask for him when visiting the service area. More

Air Conditioner Problem Since my last experience of losing my AC when we had 117 degree temps, I'm sensitive to it acting up again. Henry and the technician did a thorough job of inspecting every part of the AC system, made a couple of adjustments and it's behaving like it should. Thanks Henry Smith!! More
