Going the extra mile We had been shopping for a particular vehicle for nearly a month. We sent our build specs to Sands. One of our early encounters in the internet Dept was not as fulfilling as one would hope for. After dealing with that individual unsuccessfully twice over the phone we decided to make a stop to the dealership. After requesting a different sales associate that was not the one we had originally dealt with we came to a breaking point. I was not going to proceed with my purchasing needs if we were being forced to use this individual. Several Sands associates were willing to support our needs at this point. Eric Steffes jumped in and helped us locate our spec. He listened to our needs and supported us throughout the entire process. I'm confident that there are several compitent sales associates available at Sands. Eric help to defuse a negative car buying experience and turned it in to a pleasurable outcome. More

Terrible Service Experience Within a month following our purchase of the Chevrolet Express Explorer Conversion Van we noticed the head liner sagging. We returned to service and Within a month following our purchase of the Chevrolet Express Explorer Conversion Van we noticed the head liner sagging. We returned to service and the first head liner was ordered. Weeks followed and I heard nothing, so, I contacted Henry. He said he'd look into what has happened. I did not hear anything, so, I called back. He said he'd call back. He did after finding out the head liner ordered went to the Glendale Sands. He then called back saying the wrong head liner was ordered. They ordered one for a regular Express Cargo Van. Finally it is said to be ready for pick up. We come to pick up our 2016 Explorer Conversion Van on I believe June 23rd. We examine the headliner and 3 trim buttons are laying on the floor. The console on the ceiling was dangerously loose. The head liner had a clearly visible wrinkle that should not have made it past the installer and certainly not past the service adviser rep. Your rep stated he'd just order another head liner for the van and this time have it installed at the Glendale Sands. We'd just have to take over to that dealership. I said I'd prefer to bring it back to Surprise and let them take it to Glendale. He said he'd talk with his boss about that. I drop my wife off and she is to drive the van home. She gets into the van and attempts to adjust the drivers side mirror, but, it is now broken. It was working when we dropped the van off to the dealer. Henry said the other mirrors work though. My wife waits for service to fix the mirror but they cannot fix it. They need to order parts. Someone from Sands brings my wife home. My wife was told Sands did not have a loaner vehicle. We have been without our Van for at least 2 weeks and have heard nothing from anyone at Sands. Will someone please advise what's happening. More

Lack of quality review So far I have to take my truck to the service dept 4 times for the same issue, air cooled seats. If the Technician would test drove the vehicle after So far I have to take my truck to the service dept 4 times for the same issue, air cooled seats. If the Technician would test drove the vehicle after the work was completed there may have a good chance he would found the the problem the second time. Not a happy camper! More
professional, courteous and valued our time We have received exceptional service from Zac Kearns a few months ago we were unable to make a deal with Sand but as my daughter was making a purchase We have received exceptional service from Zac Kearns a few months ago we were unable to make a deal with Sand but as my daughter was making a purchase we wanted to give Zac the opportunity to earn her business as we in now way blamed him that we were not able to come to a price agreement on the car we were looking at but remembered how he listened to our needs and wants and tried to help make the deal but we just did not have a meeting of the minds with the dealership over price. On our return visit on July1 Zac went out of his way to let the managers know that we were serious buyers and they had already lost our business once but were being given another opportunity so the dealership went out of their way to make us a deal that we were both happy and satisfied. My initial impression wasn't very good about the dealership because neither car sales agent seemed to know much about the vehicles that I was interested in and I felt a bit rushed about buying a vehicle since I had planned to sell my previous vehicle myself and hadn't done so. So on my first visit, I left without buying a vehicle. I returned a week or so later to buy the Cruze and I'm very glad I did, I was introduced to Blair and Shaun. Timing is everything!! Also, I have had a post purchase maintenance done on the vehicle and there is only minor routine maintenance that has been noted or recommended. More
