Initially fine, but I'll never go back. they don't care. So initially everything was fine with the purchase. My salesman told me that I would have a follow up called a pitstop if anything was going on with the car that they could check it out. Well that never happened I never heard from him again after I left. he told me when I left the dealership that one of my key fobs didn't work and they would replace the battery on the pitstop. Soon after I left one of the hubcaps fell off the car and the front speaker was blown something i initially didn't notice. I was also told that I would be able to recover my towing lock, hitch, and ball off my trade-in vehicle (it's gone now). So after 3 weeks I reached out to my salesman who said he'd get right on it and they'd he would get me scheduled and get back with me. Nothing for 2 weeks. So I reached out to him again and again they said they would get with me and never did. I waited 1 more week called him back and he said there was nothing he could do and I need to talk to the manager, OK so I've tried calling the manager three times now Plus left messages at reception and he's never there and I asked for a callback I never received one. So now I have a car missing a hubcap with a blown speaker a key fob doesn't work and I'm out about 70 bucks for my towing equipment off my trade-in .they won't respond to me, in fact the only way I got a response from them one time it was to submit a request for a new car purchase. Yeah they'll call you right back for a sale opportunity but not for following up. Don't go to this dealership I'll never go again. More
