It was difficult to get a direct answer. I gave this rating because I recently spent nearly $1500 at this spot for repairs. The first experience I went there to get fluids flushed in my car a I gave this rating because I recently spent nearly $1500 at this spot for repairs. The first experience I went there to get fluids flushed in my car and the costumer service was great. So I decided to return because Jean had told me that I needed to get my arm control bushing replaced. Upon making my decision as to when I go back, I received a letter saying that there is a recall that needs to be done on my car. So I call Jean and explain to her that I wanted to get the arm control bushings AND the recall done on the car. She said okay and so I repeated to her that i needed both things done. She then said yes again. Everything was good I got my arm control bushing done. However, when i checked out it was explained to me that my arm control bushings and the recall was finished. So a day or two goes by and i look at my receipt and it does not say anything about the recall being done. So I called and Jean happened to be on vacation. So I spoke to a gentleman and asked him if he can look up my information and tell me what I had done on my car last. He told me just the arm control bushings. I then asked him that I was supposed to have a recall done on the car as well. He told me the parts were on order and it was not done on the car. I was confused on this part because i was never told this at all. Giving the benefit of the doubt i asked him if I would get called when they would get in and he said yes. A month later I still did not receive a call. I call back and I ask for Jean and the conversation was not good at all. I asked her abotu my recall and i told her that she had told me that it was done. She began to say okay and that the parts are in. So I was fed up because she tried to back track her words and kept trying to lie to me. I was not happy with the way she handled this situation. I then got frustrated and told her that i was going to come down to the place of business. She begged me not to and i just hung up and she proceeded to call me and tell me not to go to her supervisor. I then hung up again and went to the manager. I told him so that he is aware of the situation and he asked me if it was okay to work with Jean again. Trusting that the matter would be behind us. I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday and was told that it would be done by 9:30 and that it would be the first thing on their list. I arrived at 7:45am and it did not get done until 10:00, not to mention, Jean failed to call me at 9:30 to tell me that it will be just a little longer. I told her that i needed to be at work by 11 and so she told me that she was sending someone to come get me. 30 mins later I received a call from the driver that he was on his way. She continues to lie to me and try to cover up her mess that she created. I will not return to this location. Horrible costumer service. More
