From dropping off my RV and I was a Wreck that day. The gentleman who took care of me said not to worry because everything would be ok. Not to many Deakerships are that courteous when someone is crying their eyes out because of the RV not Shifting right. I couldn't thank u MORE THAN WHAT I FEEL for all that u all had done for me. Overall good experience Justin, our service manager was awesome. He did a great job explaining the work that needed to be done, and worked to provide a loaner while our subur Justin, our service manager was awesome. Repairs were done quickly, and the needed repairs were explained fully. A little disappointed that the car didn't get washed while it was there, especially considering the scope of the service that was performed. (Hence only 4 starts). Would definitely go back. Sands Chevrolet always treats us right, and does great work. More
