Horrible money hungry I unfortunately bought two vehicles from sands. My Malibu has needed two alignments in less than a year with less than 17000 miles. I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite some time; I was driving a 2012 Honda Civic coupe and needed something that was larger and more practic I had been looking for a new vehicle for quite some time; I was driving a 2012 Honda Civic coupe and needed something that was larger and more practical for my lifestyle. I had originally went in with the intent to look at the Chevy Equinox, but it was far too large for my needs! I noticed that they had the Chevy Trax on the lot, and I decided to take a look at it since it was the smaller version of the Equinox. By the way, the inventory is huge, which was a plus for me since I had a variety to choose from. Thomas was very candid with me when selecting a vehicle and made sure that he showed me the vehicles that suited my needs practically. He made sure he understood what I was looking for in my new vehicle, and he gave me the options that best suited that. We test drove the AWD Trax, and I ended up going home with it! He gave me phenomenal deal on my trade-in and on the price of the Trax. As a recent college graduate, buying a new vehicle seemed nearly impossible, but he made it very much possible for me. When it was time to go home with my Trax, Thomas made sure it was immaculate, and he took time explaining all the features of my new vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was quick too! I was in and out within 3 hours--practically unheard of when buying a new vehicle! I can't thank Thomas enough for making my time so enjoyable! Buying a new car should be an exciting experience, and often, it turns into a headache of back and forth between the customer and dealer. This wasn't the case at all for me; I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else in the future!!! More
Rude Manager Matt I went in after going to another Chevy dealership to see if Sands was possibly more flexible on the price of the car I was looking at. I’m asked by the salesman “what does the number need to be at for you to sign?” I tell him and he comes back with Matt. After the small talk he throws a number my way and I explained that I’m firm on my number. He says I can’t meet you there but can you get closer to me. I told him no and that I was firm once again. This ends with him saying thanks I’ll go get you keys. But he didn’t go get my keys instead he was coming back with another number that wasn’t my number. After again rejecting that offer and asking for my keys to my trade in back, I’m accused of being a liar. Matt’s exact words were “I don’t think you came to buy a car, you wouldn’t buy it even if we went down to what you’re asking”. I said “that’s your opinion” and walked away. They lost a sale because I went back to a previous dealership and bought the car at the number that I asked for it at. It’s my opinion that he had his mind made up about me and decided to judge me instead of working to get down to where I needed the price in order to buy a car. Even if that wasn’t the case you don’t call a customer a liar to their face. I’ll do all I can to make sure my family and friends never go to this business. Matt was unacceptably rude to me his entire vibe was unwelcoming from the beginning. More

Not completely honest Had my car in 3 times in a month for same issue. Said could not find anything wrong until the check engine light came on. By the time 3rd visit price Had my car in 3 times in a month for same issue. Said could not find anything wrong until the check engine light came on. By the time 3rd visit price tag was up to almost 4500.00 for new transmission. Which I feel could have been avoided after the 1st. Car is still doing some of the same things after replaced transmission. I called Sevier and they said I had to wait 1 to 2 thousand miles to get to go away. Hmm after 4500 dollars I would think it would work fine. I am going to get second opinion. I just find it funny when given a price quote starting at 2000 to 4000 dollars the repair cost the highest quote. Never go there again. FYI if say the codes came up on machine you should make sure that it is on work order. More

Not upset that we had to go through the papers etc over but he was smiles and happy for us. We wanted to wait to take her home till everything went through. So here we are w such an amazing truck. If you need a new car see Jason tell him we sent you for amazing service. More
