Great experience just one issue! Friendly and comfortable!! just wish they were more helpful making customers understanding explaining there options before purchasing vehicle. I was hoping to get gap insurance wasnt sure if went through my insurance or when buying when i asked it was to late ive gone to other dealership they explain to what kind of package your purchasing. Next time i know better but it really help for u guys to explain more about stuff like this were to busy and happy especially when purchasing a vehicle and been at the dealership all day u just want to go home and eat. Wrong Attitudes! This will probably be my last visit to your service department. If I wanted any of your EXTRA services I WOULD REQUEST THEM. If I schedule an oil change THAT'S ALL I WANT. But it's a courtesy to offer what the vehicle needs. Right! That's fine if you offer these EXTRA services as a courtesy, but if I refuse them don't make your displeasure known! After ALL it's not your money you're spending! More

They were extremely accommodating to provide a loner vehicle while my truck's electrical issue was being evaluated and Jake did an excellent job maintaining communications so I was fully aware of the progress. Quick, courteous Took my truck in to get 3 recalls taken care of. I thought it would be a few days until I get my bowtie back but they called me the next day and told Took my truck in to get 3 recalls taken care of. I was never offered a loner which was a little disappointing. Overall my experience was good and was the deciding factor in purchasing my extended warranty through Sands. The only reason I chose a 4-star rating and not a five-star was because I was never offered a loner. More
