Joshua never smiled, was condescending and did not explain any of the paperwork. Pushed the papers in front of us and just said "sign here" He was visibly upset when we declined extra insurance and warranty. We ended up coming back the next day to sign new papers because he added the insurance to the contract anyway! Would tell people to definitely ask for Blair but to steer clear of Joshua. More
