We took my car home and noticed it was still having issues. I was initially upset the issue wasn't 100% solved in the first place. That is the reason for 4 stars. We took my car back in today and explained the issue was not resolved. It was explained to us that the issue I had with the steering alignment (not the official verbiage) was not common. They fixed the issue free of charge the second time. I appreciate the hard work of this service team and their great customer service. I will certainly return to this location for future service needs. More

Routine maintenance/emergency I returned to AZ for the winter and discovered my Corvette had a low battery even though I used the prescribed battery tender. The vehicle needed to be transported to Sands Chevrolet for diagnostics and a routine service that I put off last May. My service rep(Jean), as usual took great care of me and kept me apprised of the status until work completed and car was 100%. I have come to expect this excellent service from both Jean and the service dept. More
