My credit sucks "AZ House Market" & both Jerry the owner & Bill S. Treated me great at all times ! By far best dealer I've ever bought from ! The only down fall was after the purchase I decided to purchase several items from the parts shop "Sun Visor, rear rubber inlay mat, fancy key phob, & others" but when my wife & two children & myself with my bad back walked up to the counter there was no one there except an older gent. Who was trying to locate a part rep. for twenty minutes before we got there ! I walked over to the seperate cashier counter & asked her to help & she made a sigh & paged someone ! After waiting 30 minutes a scruffy guy named Jeff strolls out & decides to answer several phone calls so the older gent. Left not happy then I asked for several items & it seemed as if he didn't want to help us so we left ! So if your buying a new or used car - I give them a 10/10 ! & after meeting Jerry the owner & seeing how much he cares about his dealership I'm sure the parts counter will be fixed asap ! The initial sales I would say went very good. Chris, Daniel and Kurt really worked with me (I thought) to get me the best deal. However, it was after that that I ran into problems. They did not fix the warranty issues with the truck like I asked, and they did not transfer my plate credit or my custom Veteran's plates to the new vehicle. After two trips to the DMV to get it sorted out, I am now out of quite a chunk of change. I was asked at the dealership about transferring the plate credit and the plate and I specifically said yes. I even contacted John Thomas (dealership manager) to help with the situation. It took a second email from me to have a dealership representative contact me. I made the rep aware of what was going on. He promised a call back the very next day which I have not received. It has been over a week now and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone at the dealership. More
Dawn responded quickly to my internet inquiry and subsequent telephone call. She worked diligently to find the vehicle we wanted and met with us in person at our convenience. Once we committed to the deal she had the vehicle transferred to Sands Chevrolet and closed the sale. After sales contacts were made to insure satisfaction. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our life time and this was without a doubt the most pleasant experience of them all. More
