We had a great buying experiance at Sands Surprise when we purchased our new car. The salesman was very friendly and was very honest (yes honest-even when he made a huge mistake he admitted to it and didn' we purchased our new car. He did everything he could to fix his mistake and sure enought he did. We got our new car the next morning. All of the people we came in contact with were so friendly and helpful. Our finance person even took the time to call a couple days later just to tell us the loan was finalized and to have a good trip. He had remembered we mentioned we would be going out of town after the purchase. Over all we were very happy with them at Sands Surprise and wpuld recomend them to others. Lately every time I take my vehicles in for just an oil change they seem to find something else wrong that is more expensive and not covered by the warrenty.Last time they told me my brand new Malibu 2011 change they seem to find something else wrong that is more expensive and not covered by the warrenty.Last time they told me my brand new Malibu 2011 also needed an alignment and tire rotation, which they said would not take that long but we were ther for over 2 hours.When I ask about a discount for having to wait so long Jason raised his voice and said "I told you before it could take 1 hour or longer but I beleive he said 1 hour or 1 hour and a half not over 2 hours. I will go back to Power Chevrolet for better customer service Thanks, George More
