I had just purchased a used Malibu from sands and the very next day my engine light popped on so I took the vehicle in for repairs. Keep in mind I just purchased it the day before. Victor met me at my car and claimed he would charge me 105.00 to look at vehicle. Why would I be charged for a problem on a car I just purchased? Finnaly he agreed to look at it after I asked for a manager. I was told I would have to leave car over night or possible couple days and that they would not provide me with another car to drive. This is my only car and to be without it for a day or longer is crazy. The next day I had to call and check on my car and I could not get ahold of him. I left several messages but never got a call back. I went to the dealer to check on my car and I was informed that the vehicle would need a 800.00 dollar repair. Are you kidding me? So I insisted that they repair the vehicle at no charge to me again I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told that would be Tom but that he doesn't talk to customers. Are you joking again? A manager that won't take the time to speak to a frustrated customer? Victor said that he spoke to Tom and was informed again that sands would not repair my just purchased vehicle. Victor then pulled me aside and told me he could help me get my car repaired but I couldn't tell anyone what he was about to say to me. He told me if I went and complained to Jerry Moore and John Thomas the owners that they would most likely help me out. He gave me some pointers on what to say to convince the owners to fix my vehicle. I didn't even know about this dealer rater web site until victor told me to use it to my advantage. He said if I told the owners I would give them bad reviews and bad surveys that they would fix anything I needed. I am sorry but this did not seem right or very professional. So I took my car to power Chevrolet and they fixed it free of charge and even gave me a vehicle to drive. I can tell you from my experience with Tom and victor that they will loose more customers than they will gain. I also should state that during my visit there while victor was talking with Tom the language and tone in which he spoke was so unprofessional that I will never go back for service and or sales. So to end this comment I would say don't waste the time driving to sands because they are clearly out to get your money not your satisfaction and loyalty. Beware the 8.88 oil change service is just a gimmick to lure you into there store. More

He's the perfect combination of a knowledgeable salesman but he never made us feel pushed and pressed to make a decision. I test drove every crossover suv and because of the treatment and professionalism I chose traverse. The delearship is so clean and they were amazing to my son who was there late at night for the signing. More
Well it was my own stupidity for letting them talk me into purchasing a vechile I wasn't totally happy with, so I can't gripe to much about that. They screwed up documents, lied about getting them fixed, over charged me for my registration & license and have yet to send a refund, and the manager doesn't bother to reply to my disappointment even if it's only to say 'sorry to hear that'. My overall experience with this dealership has been horrible since we purchased our car. The sales dept was awesome, professional and patient with us. Other than that, the other departments we have delt with will leave us to have our car taken care of elsewhere. The day the car was brought home, I noticed some paint issues. I immediately took it back and the sales people were responsive and had it set up to be repaired. We dropped our car off with 3/4 of a tank of gas, only to get it back with the gas light on. Not sure how that much gas is used, since it is only a 40 mile round trip. In reviewing the repaired areas, there was clear coat runs down the door that were not caught. Basically was told that either I can drop it off again to have it repaired, or leave it with them again to correct. The service person told me that the car was washed, which is always awesome. Except when they washed it, the convertible top was immediately put down, so it never dried. When I put the top up when I got home, water was everywhere. We then stopped by the body shop to fix the clear coat issue. They fixed the clear coat issue, but now I have a spot where it was buffed to much and is down to the primer. Further more, my black convertible top now had white spots everywhere. So if you need to buy a car, the sales people are great, But pray that you don't have issues, as they will more than likely have your car to re-fix things than you will to drive it. More
I went in with the intention of trading in my 07 Silverado for a brand new one and that is exactly what happened in a very timely and friendly fashion.
