After many phone calls and emails, most that were never returned. Guess that was the hint. Went to look at a new Silverado truck. Drove 2 hours both ways to find out they didn't realize the truck was a long bed not a short bed. This was after I specifically called them and asked them to be sure. Then they tried to screw me on the deal. I would recommend you research the vehicle price and what your trade in is worth so you can see how they try to screw you. In my opinion this is NOT a dealership to deal with. They have a very large inventory, and very attractive pricing until you actually sit down and watch the numbers change. Then you realize they will say anything to get you in the building. After going there I can see why people think car salesman are slime. More
took my vehicle in for a oil change. after completed drove the vehicle 3 miles and the low oil presure light came on. returned the vehicle and asked to speek with the manager. well its been a few weeks drove the vehicle 3 miles and the low oil presure light came on. returned the vehicle and asked to speek with the manager. well its been a few weeks now and still no call from the manager. also the rotated and balanced my tire or so they say. I checked the tire presure and the front tires were fine but all 4 rear tires were at 26psi and needed to be at 60 psi. this is a place you can not trust! More

I just bought a brand new 2012 chevy sonic from Doug Gayagas at Sands Chevrolet in Surprise, AZ. and my experience was great. He wasn't what you would expect from a car salesman. He helped me look around for the best deal and gas mileage on a car with all the features I was looking for. He also broke down the minimal price difference of a manual transmission with very few features and an automatic transmission with all of the features. He got me the total price I was looking for, Down payment and lowest possible monthly price by working very closely with his manager. I have referred him to all of my friends and family and my mom is going to buy a new equinox from him next month. Compared to the other dealerships I looked at in Avondale and Glendale the service at Sands from Doug was the difference between night and day. I would recommend Sands Chevrolet and Doug Gayagas to anyone. More

Went in for an oil change and filter. The next day, I noticed a puddle of oil on my garage floor. Called Sergio, who was very polite, and told me to bring the car back asap. The problem was said to be a worn oil plug, which was replaced. Conclusion: Sloppy work by the tech. Should have been spotted during the initial job. They offer a great price for an oil change, because superficial work is done. A friend had the same problem. The service writer, Bryan, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Problem is, the service writer does not work on your car...the techs do. This is the second time I had a problem with this dealership.The other one involved them putting checks next to all items on your car that they review. I know that I need a cabin filter...it's filthy. Yet, they checked it as being very good. You can decide whether they actually looked. More
