Well where to start. I got a car from sands chevy... Had to have a cosigner. So i got one. I wrote a 2000 dollar check to this company. Well the loan never went through they wanted us to resign. Me and the individual stopped talking so i was told to bring the car back and i would recieve my check either in the mail or i could pick it up. After hours of getting the run around and being tolkd my check was not ready, i was then told that my cosigners name would be on the check as well?? How does this happen when her name was not on my check?? I was told we wld both have to sign it... To this day i still have not recieved one penny back from my down payment. So where is my check?? Who forged my signature?? How could a big time company let something like this happen?? Oh wait it was probably the fact that my cosigner was an employee of theres. More

The Service manager was rude, the service cost 4 times what it was supost to. Was told by the service manager, Next time you bring in your own parts and we will preform the service at the est cost. hi their whenever i go to this dealership to get my cars services, i have the worse service around. The quality of the work is terriable . Also when if you are looking for new feautures to the car they do an awesome job at it with dents and scratches. I wonder how many other people they sucker . The service advisor is great and a pleasure to do business with. Regarding the price and the service received, I have no idea if is fair. I have not shopped the price/cost with anyone else. Dawn is very knowledgeable about her product and how to meet the customer needs. She showed me how leasing made more sense for my situation. Clayton was instrumental in helping cinch the deal. I bought my first car from this dealer. At first they where awesome friendly, then when it came to signing papers, service was okay. Then once I for the car I walked out to drive away and notice a large, where awesome friendly, then when it came to signing papers, service was okay. Then once I for the car I walked out to drive away and notice a large, from front to back, scratch down the side of the vechiles. All they said was oh we'll fix that... Or we'll take care of it. They had my car for another two hours. Went to go drive off notice the interior wasn't cleaned at all, I found a french fry between the seat in the vechiles pointed out to them guy and all he had to say way well they cleaned it. Great response right!? I took make care home and notice that the scratch was still there given that I could sit at the dealer any large that I had an event to attend to I figure I would go back tomorrow, give the fact I only live a few miles from the dealer. I went back the next day and was told it was my problem. Then I had a brake issue so I took it back to them told me that it was going to cost $$$ to get it fixed when in reality, it was just a little part that needed to be replaced and only cost me $ going to another deal. Everytime I walked in there their salesmen would hit on me trying to get my number, after awhile it got annoying. Then when I finally got fed up with dealing with them I traded in my car for what they said I couldn't get at theirs, a brand new car. So now that I traded it in the call all the time want to trade in your car? Let's upgrade you? Get you into a better vechile. Blah blah blah. I've asked them several times to take me off there call list I already got a new car I will never go back to you. After the 50+ and myself calling several times to be taken off their call list. Finally today I got through to a manager and today finally off the call list. More
