hi their whenever i go to this dealership to get my cars services, i have the worse service around. The quality of the work is terriable . Also when if you are looking for new feautures to the car they do an awesome job at it with dents and scratches. I wonder how many other people they sucker . The service advisor is great and a pleasure to do business with. Regarding the price and the service received, I have no idea if is fair. I have not shopped the price/cost with anyone else. I think it is a fair price if everything offered with the service is provided. This of course I have no way to be sure. It did include a vehicle wash which I feel was not as good as it should have been. If everything else offered with this service was completed than I feel it is a good price. More
Dawn is very knowledgeable about her product and how to meet the customer needs. She showed me how leasing made more sense for my situation. Clayton was instrumental in helping cinch the deal. My only negative experience was with Billy in Finance. He should have checked with Sales before quoting me the lease amount, which was incorrect. I was grateful that Dawn followed through and called me on my way home to assure me that the lease amount she quoted was the correct one. More
I bought my first car from this dealer. At first they where awesome friendly, then when it came to signing papers, service was okay. Then once I for the car I walked out to drive away and notice a large, where awesome friendly, then when it came to signing papers, service was okay. Then once I for the car I walked out to drive away and notice a large, from front to back, scratch down the side of the vechiles. All they said was oh we'll fix that... Or we'll take care of it. They had my car for another two hours. Went to go drive off notice the interior wasn't cleaned at all, I found a french fry between the seat in the vechiles pointed out to them guy and all he had to say way well they cleaned it. Great response right!? I took make care home and notice that the scratch was still there given that I could sit at the dealer any large that I had an event to attend to I figure I would go back tomorrow, give the fact I only live a few miles from the dealer. I went back the next day and was told it was my problem. Then I had a brake issue so I took it back to them told me that it was going to cost $$$ to get it fixed when in reality, it was just a little part that needed to be replaced and only cost me $ going to another deal. Everytime I walked in there their salesmen would hit on me trying to get my number, after awhile it got annoying. Then when I finally got fed up with dealing with them I traded in my car for what they said I couldn't get at theirs, a brand new car. So now that I traded it in the call all the time want to trade in your car? Let's upgrade you? Get you into a better vechile. Blah blah blah. I've asked them several times to take me off there call list I already got a new car I will never go back to you. After the 50+ and myself calling several times to be taken off their call list. Finally today I got through to a manager and today finally off the call list. More
This was my second visit for auto service at Sands Chevolet in Surprise, AZ. I went into the dealership for a oil change last Saturday I went into the dealership for a oil change last Saturday morning. I waited for two hours and Service Advisor stated that my car was finished. He the I went into the dealership for a oil change last Saturday morning. I waited for two hours and Service Advisor stated that my car was finished. He then proceeded to tell me that my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid vehicle needed 3 fan belts replaced, which would total $220.00. I'm not sure why he would tell me this, because my car has 1 serpentine belt not THREE. In addition to this, I recieved a second opinion from a Toyota dealership that found no deterioration of the serpentine belt. When I called to speak with the service advisor, he responded with: "well the technician must have confused your car with someone elses". I don't know if this kind of mistakes happen very often or just the fact that someplaces try to con a female coming into the dealership by herself. I certainly won't be returning to Sands Chevrolet. My overall experience with this dealership was pretty good. I was a little surprised to say the least. There were no game tactics. I felt the price for the new vehicle was fair. I did sense a little bit of disappointment in their faces when I was letting them know that we wanted to think about it and return but of course that would be expected when they spend a couple hours with you and worry that you won't be back. But they gave us our space and time to think it over and we decided "last minute" that we wanted to take the deal. I also did not feel pressured in finance when we discussed extended warranties or gap. The signing was done very quickly and before we knew it we were on our way with our brand new Chevy Equinox. Thank you Sands Chevrolet of Surprise for making our car buying experience easy and refreshing! I will be referring and doing business with you again! More
