I recently bought a 2008 Silverado from Sands and had it about a month when I notice the paint was starting to "star" on the hood. I took it back and the dealership put me in a brand new 2012 Silverado. T about a month when I notice the paint was starting to "star" on the hood. The payments were a little higher but with the full warranty and all new tires my wife and I figured it was too good to pass up. Brandon and Eric worked very hard for me to get the deal were I could afford it. Great guys! More
When we visited the first evening around closing the salesman and staff were very nice. When we came back the next day to purchase, the results were much different. We are sorry we even bought from Sa salesman and staff were very nice. When we came back the next day to purchase, the results were much different. We are sorry we even bought from Sands, and in retrospect, we should have told them we would go elsewhere. There were lots of bad moments .. the first was the fact that the salesman told us that our payment would be upwards of $300 without even knowing what kind of credit we had. I was insulted because the amount we were borrowing was low, and our credit rating is over 800! When I told him the payment was not close to accurate nor acceptable, he said he has to give worst case scenario. How insulting! Then we were told we had not choice but to pay $200 for an etching fee that the dealership puts on every car in their lot, and then passes on to the purchaser. That is bull and is when we should have said goodbye. Wish I could do it over again. The car ended up being a smoker's car, even though we were told it was not. Once their cover-up smell wore off, it was obvious it was a smoker's car and it stinks. But the worst part was the conversation with the finance person. When I told him I was upset with the $200 fee, he said that the $200 also comes with a $2,500 protection in case the vehicle is stolen. I told him we were not concerned with our vehicle being stolen. He argued that vehicles are stolen all the time. Then he asked about the warranty because as he put it "our car has no warranty". I told him I believed it had a 30 day warranty and he said "that is like having no warranty, but then again, cars don't get stolen either"! Unbelievable and rude! To top it off, we had a broken light on the car for them to fix. When we brought it in, the service person took 50 cents out of the vehicle-- must have been hungry or thirsty. My advice .... stay clear of this place. They are unprofessional and money grabbers! It was my first purchase in AZ and was a terrible choice. Wish I could wind the clock back on this one. More

Well where to start. I got a car from sands chevy... Had to have a cosigner. So i got one. I wrote a 2000 dollar check to this company. Well the loan never went through they wanted us to resign. Me and the to have a cosigner. So i got one. I wrote a 2000 dollar check to this company. Well the loan never went through they wanted us to resign. Me and the individual stopped talking so i was told to bring the car back and i would recieve my check either in the mail or i could pick it up. After hours of getting the run around and being tolkd my check was not ready, i was then told that my cosigners name would be on the check as well?? How does this happen when her name was not on my check?? I was told we wld both have to sign it... To this day i still have not recieved one penny back from my down payment. So where is my check?? Who forged my signature?? How could a big time company let something like this happen?? Oh wait it was probably the fact that my cosigner was an employee of theres. More
