We purchased our second Chevrolet from this sales team. They are easy to deal with and patiently spent three hours with us while we drove every model and style. Erwin retrieved cars and listen to us weigh in on the pros and cons of each vehicle with a smile on his face. We drove away in our new car that night! I highly recommend shoppers visit Sands Surprise when looking for a vehicle. Nothing is better than Onstar for navigation. I also want to add we are picky, critical, and hard to please. No games from these guys. No bait and switch, no pressure, they are good people. This is the only dealer/team for us! The showroom is interesting and spotless. The lot is huge. Selection is good. professionals are attentive and work hard at making customers feel comfortable and not pressured. One of the only places in this place in time that values customer service. This observation is from August 2011 to August of 2012. Sands Surprise put a lot of thought in the presentation of their goods and services. Dawn Farrell-Hicks was our sales person. She was friendly and not pushy at all. It wasn't until after we bought our 2000 Infinity and took it home that I realized there was no lift jack in the vehicle, the b and not pushy at all. It wasn't until after we bought our 2000 Infinity and took it home that I realized there was no lift jack in the vehicle, the battery was not secured into place, the cigarette lighter was broken and the switch for the passenger side window was broken. I stopped by the dealership the next day to have these things fixed. I told them that since there was no jack in the vehicle they just sold me I wanted to take the jack out of the vehicle I just traded in, Dawn was on vacation so the sales man who sits next to her wrote down everything and said that they will order me a new jack for my infinity. They charged us $70.00 to fix the cigarette lighter and the switch for the window. They called me a few days ago and said that if I wanted a jack we would be charged half of the price. The add on the internet also stated that the vehicle came with floor mats, when we asked about them they said they did not know anything about the floor mats. If the mats were not in the vehicle at the time we purchased it then it does not come with them. When I received my registration from the MVD I noticed I was overcharged by the dealership, when I called to find out about my refund they said they will mail it to me, its been over a month and I have yet to receive my check. This dealership does not care about helping their customers once they receive your money. If you do chose to buy a vehicle from this dealership buy with caution and inspect the vehicle thoroughly. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! I actually wrote my first review which was 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can't delete it. We were unhappy with our purchase of our vehicle after having it about 10 days. We just didn't like the way it felt, it was hard for me getting in an out of it. We went to try to return the vehicle because Chevy advertises that if your not satisfied for any reason, you can bring it back. They call this the Love it or Return it. What a load of crock!!! They scammed us by giving us a $500 rebate that they sneakely put into our contract which supposedly nullifies that deal so you are stuck with the car. After doing some more looking over our conract, we also noticed our trade-in that we shook on was $2500 less than what was agreed. THESE GUYS ARE TOTAL RIP OFFS. BUYERS BEWARE!! Since we moved to Arizona, we have met, and now consider as friends, a number of current and former Sands employees. Each and every one of these men and women have provided superior service to myself and my wife. Each of our cars has performed flawlessly, and if any problem occurs with a vehicle, we can be sure it will be quickly, accurately and expeditiously resolved.
