We were very pleased with our experience with Sands Chevrolet, this was our 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Sands. Our first purchase from Sands was in 1982 a Camaro, 2001 Silverado then this Chevrolet, this was our 3rd vehicle that we have purchased from Sands. Our first purchase from Sands was in 1982 a Camaro, 2001 Silverado then this recent purchase a 2011 Cruze which I absolutely love! They took our 2001 Silverado as our trade in which had 354,000 miles on the engine we had bought new in 2001. We did not have to be sold on how far the chevy engine would go esp with ours with so many miles on it. We were very happy with the sales team and also Cameron who helped find a car that was more in our price range. We will definately purchase and recommend Eric and Sands to our friends. Eric was very helpful, informative and tuned in to what we wanted and needed and not pushy at all. Thank you again for your excellant service and product! More
Went in to see what I could find for a full size truck on 9-2-12. Didn't need a vehicle but wanted something newer and more comfortable. After the normal back and forth we finally settled on a price I was ok with. Could I have gotten it a little cheaper elsewhere? Probably but the deletes hip is right around the corner from me. Was fairly painless and this is the second vehicle I bought from sands. This one being a 2012 silverado. Overall they are good people trying to make a buck like everyone else, if I felt like I was getting screwed I would have walked no problem but I bought so that tells you something. Would recommend Sands More
We bought a Labor Day sale Traverse and while there were some bumps in the road it was no big deal as this was to be expected when a trade is involved and especially so when it's a lease deal. I can't honestly say we got a great deal but we got a decent deal, about average for what others have paid which we are ok with. I do have to say the service we received from Brandon,David and of course the new guy Joe was very good and they did their very best to see things went smoothly and that we were comfortable and in/out as quick as possible. The only complaint/suggestion that I can think of is for the sales dept as a whole. When we first arrived we felt like red meat being tossed into a shark pen. The sales guys on the lot need to tone it down a bit and at least let you get out of your car before jumping on you or chasing you around the lot when it's clear your looking to see what's there. Now to be honest this happens at many dealers and we don't like it then either. Other than that it was a pretty painless deal. More
This dealership is nothing but dishonest money hungry individuals! They are only wanting to make a dollar and not tend to customers needs. I take my car to get serviced and of course what so they say..my alignment is off!! I stated my concern about when I first purchased the car and they said they wouldn't cover the costs and that anything could cause the alignment to get off..but didn't I say that when I brought it! The customer service is horrible!! Another experience when my husband too his truck to get an oil change they didn't tighten all the clamps and it was leaking oil which we didn't know until we were thousands of miles out of tow . They hire idiots to work their who are very inexperienced and have no customer relations experience!! DO NOT give them any business unless you don't care to get cheated!!! More
I visited Sands Chevrolet and was greeted by Larry. He told me a little about each car I was looking at. I told him I was looking around and we made an appointment for the next day to come back in. I went back finnaly picked out the car I really liked. Larry went over everything about the car. I was really surprised I got approved for a loan because I have been trying forever at other places. They worked with my down payment and gave me a great waranty. They also gave me window tinting I picked out for free with a car wash when I came back for my apointment. The service was fast and they did a great job on the windows. I will go back in the future to buy. I will also be looking for Larry he was great. More

I went into the dealership because they were having a "trade-in" event. I had the worst experience ever! I was trading in a vehicle (that was paid off), and wanted to purchase a traverse for $22k. They were offering me a payment $695/mo. for 72 months. When I told Jeff that was ridiculous, he became very rude and starting belittling me. He got loud with me, and when I asked to speak with a manger he said, “Don’t worry, Ill get him for you.” He brought Luciano, who I dont think is a manager. I told him what happened. He apologized and another womnan was very apologetic. But, because of Jeff they lost my business I have purchased 6 vehicles in my lifetime and I have never had such a terrible experience. More
After writing my review Sands Chevrolet refunded me the $70 for the repair work on my vehicle as well as the over charge of my registration. They also bought me a new Jack for my 2000 infinity. I drove from Payson to look at a truck I saw online. This has got to be my best car buying experience ever! Although, the price at the end is not that great, it is worth it for the rig that we got. I told my sales rep Russell that I had somewhere to be by 1pm so he worked really hard to get me out of the dealership with my truck as quickly as possible. It only took an hour and 1/2 to make the deal and get through financing. The longest was the prep of the truck. I made it to my appointment only 20 mins late! You guys are awesome, thanks so much!
